Nomination Charges & Rules

Pricing Structure for Self-Nomination

Regular Nomination Fees: Rs.35,000/- per entry.*

Discounted Nomination Fees: 
(Before 20th September, 2023): Rs.25,000/- per entry.*

Note: Payment instructions will be provided upon submission. Nominations will be considered valid only upon successful payment. * GST not included.
Refund Policy: Nominations fees are refundable in case of rejection. NOMINATION CLOSES BY 24th SEPTEMBER, 2023.

NOMINATION AND EVALUATION

  • Navigate to Nomination Page: Find the “Register Now” button on the homepage. Click on it to start your registration process.
  • Fill in Your Details: Provide your essential details, including your name, contact information, and any additional information required for your selected category.
  • Select Your Category: Choose the category that best fits your profile or organization. Browse through the list of categories to find the perfect fit.
  • Save the Date: Mark your calendar for the event date and keep an eye on your email for any updates or announcements leading up to the event.
  • Our team will reach out to you for the completion.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: Participants must belong to their respective field/industry and their work should align with the respective award categories.
  2. Submission Accuracy: Ensure that all submission details are accurate and up-to-date. Any false or misleading information may lead to disqualification.
  3. Originality: Submissions must represent original work and accomplishments. Plagiarism or copyright infringement will result in disqualification.
  4. Complete Submissions: Fill out all required fields in the nomination form. Incomplete entries may not be considered.
  5. Deadline: Submit nominations before the specified deadline. Late entries will not be accepted.
  6. Acceptance of Decision: The final decision of the jury panel will be accepted as binding and conclusive.
  7. Publicity and Promotion: By participating, nominees grant permission for their names and work to be used in event-related publicity and promotions.
  8. Conflict of Interest: Participants with a direct conflict of interest with any award category should refrain from self-nominating in that category.
